OMFB Hose Burst Tipper Valve - Air Operated, 200 L/min, 250 Bar (HSV200P)
The HSV200P is a safety-critical hose burst valve designed for use on tipping cylinders, providing essential protection in the event of a hydraulic hose failure. Installed directly to the cylinder via a 1" BSPP steel nipple, this valve locks hydraulic oil in the cylinder if a hose between the control valve and cylinder bursts.
A built-in bleed port allows controlled lowering of the tipping body if required, ideal for emergency recovery. This should be done by a qualified technician only.
Air-operated via a tee connection to the tipping valve’s lower airline, the HSV200P features an emergency override and comes with a 1/8" to 6mm swivel airline fitting for easy installation.
