We have a 30-day change of mind return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Approved items should be returned with tracked postage or a courier service. Without a tracking number, you assume responsibility for the item reaching us.
Returns not received cannot be refunded or replaced.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Missing Parts
We ship orders in brand-new, undamaged condition. If your item arrives damaged or with missing parts, we will gladly replace it (or issue a full refund if stock is unavailable) and reimburse your return shipping costs.
To be reimbursed, please email us the receipt for your shipping expenses. Claims for damage must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Open your order immediately upon receipt, and if there is any damage, contact us right away with photos via email before returning the item.
These photos are essential for filing claims with our insurer, courier, and warehouse.
Faulty Items
Under Australian Consumer Law, your purchase is protected by warranties that cannot be excluded. All items are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty.
If your item is faulty, contact us for guidance on how to proceed with the warranty process. Depending on the manufacturer’s terms, we will either repair, replace, or (if unavailable) refund your item, excluding original delivery costs.
