HEAVYS holds stock across our national branch network, with the majority located at our main Distribution Centre. While stock may appear available in your area, it may be located at another branch or our Distribution Centre.
As stock is managed nationally, we regularly transfer products between facilities. If an item is not held locally, we will arrange prompt transfer for branch collection or dispatch directly to you if requested.
This ensures stock remains available nationally while allowing us to supply customers as quickly as possible.
4000 Series: Light commercial vehicles
The 4000 Series Allison Transmissions are designed for high performance, fuel-efficient vehicle operation.
These transmissions have:
- Up to 7 speeds
- 2 overdrives
- Second reverse gear
- Choice of close- or wide-ratio gearing
- Optional Power Take-Off (PTO) provisions
- Optional integral output retarder for better braking & brake wear
- Maximum rating of 800 HP (597 kW)
- 5th Generation, advanced electronic controls
